Spicy Broccoli Rabe with Shallots (Rapini Picante com Chalotas)

I love the powerful taste of broccoli rabe and it pairs really well with shallots and red pepper flakes, give it a try! Take a look:

Eu amo o sabor forte de rapini que combina muito bem com chalotas e pimenta calabresa, experimente! Dê uma olhada:

1 bunch of broccoli rabe, chopped
1 shallot, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium/high heat. Add shallots, garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for a couple of minutes until shallot softens. Add broccoli rabe and sauté until it wilts, season with salt. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!

1 maço de rapini, picado
1 chalota, cortada em cubinhos
2 dentes de alho, picados
1/4 colher de chá de pimenta calabresa
1 colher de sopa de azeite ou óleo vegetal 

Modo de preparo:
Em uma frigideira grande, aqueça o óleo em fogo médio/alto calor. Adicione chalotas, alho e pimenta calabresa, refogue por alguns minutos até que chalota fique macia. Adicione rapini e refogue até que murcha, tempere com sal. Retire do fogo e sirva imediatamente. Aproveite!
