Ingredients:
2 cups cooked quinoa
1/2 red onion, diced
1 cup seedless red grape, cut in half
2 cups baby spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Salt and black pepper

Directions:
In a bowl, combine quinoa, red onion, grapes and spinach. Pour the olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss really well. Serve and enjoy!

Em uma tigela, misture quinoa, cebola roxa, uvas e espinafre. Despeje azeite de oliva e vinagre de maçã. Tempere com sal e pimenta preta. Misture muito bem. Sirva e aproveite!
