Ratatouille

Ratatouille is such a classic beautiful dish, fairly easy to make and impress everyone. Super healthy and delicious, perfect to in every way. Take a look:

Ratatouille é um belo prato clássico, bastante fácil de fazer e impressiona a todos. Super saudável e delicioso, perfeito em todos os sentidos. Dê uma olhada:


Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 large roma tomatoes, diced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 large zucchini, sliced
1 large yellow squash, sliced
2-3 roma tomatoes, sliced
Salt and black pepper
Chopped parsley

Directions:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium/high heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent. Add the diced tomatoes and let it cook until the water from the tomatoes evaporate. Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and black pepper. Let it cook until it thickens a bit. Remove from the heat and pour sauce into a baking dish. Start arranging the zucchini, yellow squash and tomato slices, alternating them. Bake in a pre heat oven at 350F degrees for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Finish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredientes:
1 colher de sopa de azeite de oliva
1 cebola média, cortada em cubos
3 dentes de alho, picados
2 tomates italianos grandes, cortados em cubos
1 xícara de molho de tomate
1 abobrinha grande, fatiada
1 abobrinha amarela grande, fatiada
2-3 tomates italianos, fatiados
Sal e pimenta preta
Salsinha picada

Modo de preparo:
Em uma frigideira grande, aqueça o azeite em fogo médio/alto. Adicione a cebola e alho, refogue até a cebola ficar translúcida. Adicione o tomate picado e deixe cozinhar até que a água dos tomates evapore. Adicione o molho de tomate e tempere com sal e pimenta preta. Deixe cozinhar até engrossar um pouco. Retire do fogo e despeje o molho em uma assadeira pequena redonda. Comece a organizar as fatias de abobrinha, abobrinha amarela e tomates, alternando as fatias. Asse em forno pré aquecido a 180C graus por 45 minutos ou até que os vegetais estajam cozidos. Finalize com salsinha picada. Sirva e aproveite!
