Poached Pears with Ice Cream (Peras Cozidas com Sorvete)

Ingredients:
2 bosc pears (peeled, sliced in half and core removed)
1 cup 100% white grape juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
5 whole cloves
Vegan ice cream
Directions:
Mix grape juice, cinnamon and cloves. Place pears in a saucepan, pour mixture over pears. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Remove pears and place into individual dishes. Continue to simmer juice until decreased by half, about 5 minutes. Pour over pears. Serve with your favorite vegan ice cream. Enjoy!

1 xícara de suco de uva branco
1/4 colher de chá de canela
5 cravos inteiros
Sorvete vegano
Modo de preparo:
Misture suco de uva branco, canela e cravos. Coloque peras em uma panela, despeje a mistura sobre peras. Leve para ferver em fogo médio, tampe e cozinhe por cerca de 15 minutos. Retire as peras e coloque em pratos individuais. Continue fervendo o suco até diminuiu pela metade, cerca de 5 minutos. Despeje sobre peras. Sirva com o seu sorvete vegano favorito. Aproveite!
