Vegan Buffalo Chickpea Dip (Dip Apimentado de Grão de Bico)

My family gathered at our home for Christmas day, the kids had a blast opening their presents in the morning and we had a good time taking photos with our ugly sweaters. While I was finishing the main course for our Christmas lunch, I prepared a super easy appetizer for the family to eat. Everyone loved this vegan buffalo chickpea dip, which by the way, it takes four ingredients to make and it's super delicious. It's a great appetizer to serve for a New Year's Eve party too! Take a look: 

1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup vegan mayo
1/3 buffalo wing sauce
2 stalks celery, diced

In a bowl, mash the chickpeas really well. Add the mayo, buffalo wing sauce and celery. Mix everything really well. Serve with pretzels or veggies. Enjoy!

1 lata grão de bico, lavado e escorrido
1/2 xícara de maionese vegana
1/3 molho de búfalo
2 talos de aipo, cortados em cubinhos

Modo de preparo:
Em uma tigela, amasse o grão de bico muito bem. Adicione maionese, molho de búfalo e aipo. Misture tudo muito bem. Sirva com pretzels ou veggies. Aproveite!
